A new mathematics workbook for Year 3 pupils by Lorraine Vella entitled Number Wise 3 has recently been published by Schola Direct.

It is designed as a tool to reinforce the main topics of the National Curriculum Framework and to help pupils apply what they have learnt. It is also a helpful resource for teachers to complement textbooks used in class.

Vella is a primary school teacher at De La Salle College, Cottonera.
