The reporter covering the MEA/forum conference (May 4) is to be congratulated for capturing the gist of the long, and sometimes animated, discussion.
Purely for clarification, my list of the types of cases that comprise the majority of cases with which the Industrial Tribunal is seized, included those relating to alleged unfair dismissal, themselves comprising the vast bulk of this vast majority of cases.
