CSB Group is organising a number of CPE-accredited training courses, taking place in the coming months. The training will be delivered by Joe Gerada, freelance management consultant and CIPD trainer for organisations in Malta and abroad.

The next upcoming course, entitled ‘Dealing with poor performance within organisations’, will explore how managers can effectively deal with cases of employee under-performance. This course, split over two sessions, will be held on May 25 and 26 between 2 and 5pm at the AIM Professional Training Academy, Swatar.

This course is aimed at helping attendees identify real performance issues and performance gaps and be able to take action that leads to a positive outcome. The sessions are ideal for those assuming a leadership role within their organisation and who appreciate that the poor performance of an individual employee is bound to affect the whole team negatively.

The cost for this course is €175, inclusive of VAT, course material, coffee breaks and parking. A certificate of attendance will be awarded upon completion.

The event will be accredited with structured CPE hours qualifying for the attainment of professional development competencies in terms of the accountancy board’s CPE Scheme and accreditation rules.

A training course taking place in June, entitled ‘Implementing diversity management within organisations’, is designed to deliver an understanding of diversity and the importance of a diversity management approach in contemporary organisations.

Special discounts apply to those booking both courses. For more information and to register, e-mail sharon.grima@csbgroup.com.
