We’re seeing a wave of studies that purport to categorically prove that high intelligence equates to leftist politics whereas average to lower intelligence equates to people who tend more to the right. Rather ironically, they say the empirical evidence supports this link and that ‘low effort thinking’ is associated with conservative politics.

This is then used to show how such factors might even be linked to prejudice and, possibly, even racism. Even if one were to entertain these findings as being true, it would still be a far cry from reality.

The academics using intelligence and standard IQ testing to dichotomise left and right leaning supporters are also the same people who believe that the same intelligence and race are social constructs. The left seems to be adamant about categorising a whole group of people who are right leaning as of ‘normal to lower’ intelligence while simultaneously ignoring such tests when it does not conform to their own world view.

If racism is a social construct then it must be learned and this is something we’ve been told time and again. But now it seems there is a genetic underpinning as a large percentage of IQ is said to be inherited.

Will you please make up your mind? How often will the narrative shift in order to accommodate the mental acrobatics intrinsic in being a modern adherent to leftist principles?

The truth is that we’ve known that intelligence is highly heritable (60 to 80 per cent) for quite some time now but because the results of IQ polls were inconvenient for the proliferation of the multicultural lie, they were dismissed as racist. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the profound inconsistencies we’re being sold by the so-called progressives.

We’re told that all humans have the same intellectual capacity and that we should be ashamed of our prosperity as it only shows how racism is deeply entrenched in our society. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If high intelligence makes a person racist, then racism is not learned as it is an innate part of human biology.

The brain is a pattern recognition machine and it could easily be said that the vast majority of people are not prejudiced against other races simply because of their skin colour but use a simpler and more efficient heuristic to process and categorise information.

By this reasoning or lack thereof, mainstream academics are plainly telling us that everyone who ever lived before the mid-1960s was a low IQ and ‘low effort thinker’, which, of course, is preposterous.

The fact is that many of the social codes people abide by have nothing to do with intelligence or education but about how plugged into the system they are – as this drastically increases what they stand to lose if they oppose any of the current and continually changing set of values in the west.

The mainstream media and academia have managed to persuade the masses into believing pseudo-intellectual nonsense like ‘gender fluidity, all sizes are healthy, the patriarchy and intelligence is a construct’ but only when it suits their agenda.

The paralysing cognitive dissonance associated with the double-think backed by the left is flabbergasting, to say the least.

The need to fit in and to not be ostracised has driven intelligent, moderate-minded people into accepting this insane narrative regurgitated by progressive ‘academics’. This continuous shifting of social fads is destroying any possibility of adhering to a realistic moral compass while dangerously accelerating post-modern nihilism.

This is why you’ll find leftists advocating disingenuous ideas like micro aggressions, where a person doesn’t even know that they’re being racist, to the need for segregation from others in safe spaces, so that their echo-chambers are not disrupted by the vileness of opposing ideas.

It seems ever more apparent that the mass hysteria caused by simple logic and reasoning is a result of a failed ideology in its death throes.
