The Maltese newspapers are dominated by the Cabinet reshuffle announced yesterday.

Times of Malta says the reshuffle was 'a farce,' with Konrad Mizzi losing his portfolio but staying in the Cabinet.

The Malta Independent says the 'cosmetic' reshuffle leaves the same trio of Muscat, Mizzi and Schembri in charge of the energy sector.

l-orizzont  quotes the prime minister saying the reshuffle was 'in the best interests of the country'

In-Nazzjon quotes Simon Busuttil saying the nature of the reshuffle showed that Joseph Muscat was an accomplice in the Panama scandal.
