Hilton Malta reopened its doors after having been closed for 10 weeks following a €15 million refurbishment programme. The refurbishment included the overhaul of 293 bedrooms, new food and beverage outlets, extended executive lounge facilities, new elevators, as well as engineering technology to provide more energy-efficient operation. General manager Matthew Mullan (top), who is seen with first guests Tad Zurlinden and Dominic Tidey (right), together with the hotel’s management and team and owners Leli and Ninu Fenech, were present for the hoisting of the Maltese, EU and hotel flags. The newly renovated hotel will continue to ensure that its facilities will remain among the best offered anywhere in the world.
