Mindfulness enables people to recognise and overcome the many ways in which they get caught in rumination, distraction and resistance. It facilitates the mind and body’s ability to rebalance and sustain wellbeing, and helps people to discover positive new perspectives, behaviours and solutions.

Helena Fone will lead a six-week Mindful course for adults on Mondays starting on April 25 from 6 to 7.30pm at Don Bosco oratory, Vic­toria.
