Michael Debono Ltd, local importer of the Toyota brand and part of the Debono Group, has refurbished its customer reception area at its Żebbuġshowroom.

The focus is on a Toyota retail concept that puts customers at the centre of showroom activities. Enquiries about new or used cars or bookings for service or repair work now take place in a common reception area that services both sales and aftersales customers.

The rationale behind the new reception hub design is to offer transparency and personal attention. The client is not served along one big desk but is personally attended to in an intimate setting on a one-to-one basis.

The agents will go through every detail of the work done on the car and explain the bill to the customer.

Clients are also greeted by a hostess and are free to relax in the newly refurbished central lounge area. Tea, cappuccinos and espressos are available all day at no charge, together with iPad use, free Wi Fi, newspapers and a TV area. There is also a separate area where young children can play or watch television.
