BORG. On April 15, at Mater Dei Hospital, GEORGE of Rabat, aged 83, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Eva, his sons Vincent and his wife Melanie, Laurence and his wife Sonia, Peter and his partner Paul, his brothers, his brother and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 1.30pm for St Paul’s Collegiate church, Rabat, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
CASSAR. On April 13, at Mater Dei Hospital, Sr ADELE, aged 69, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss the Sisters of the Ursuline congregation, her brothers and sisters, Tony and his wife Louise, Mary and her husband Joe of Australia, Paul and his wife Judith, Lily and her husband Joe, Josephine and her husband Tony, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow for the Ursuline Holy Family church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Ursuline Crèche Sisters, Sliema, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
