Yitan Sun and Jianshi Wu are the winners of the 2016 eVolo Skyscraper Competition. The innovative design implies that the future of skyscrapers could lie underground, not in the clouds. The 1,000-feet tall, 100-feet deep mega structure provides a total floor area of seven square miles, which is about 80 times greater than the Empire State Building.
