How, I wonder, are the residents of Mosta going to be encouraged to recycle their waste at a ‘Bring-in-site’ when the various bins meant to be used to sort and collect the waste, have been removed to allow drivers to park their cars in the same area and, as would appear from the second photo, onyellow lines?
