Why do politicians keep on blundering in and destroying countries, and then bemoaning the disastrous chaos, violence and barbarity we are witnessing in Europe and elsewhere in the world? Why are we creating these tragedies ourselves?

It is very sad that the United States and NATO allowed Muammar Gaddafi’s regime to fall to pieces. Gaddafi wasn’t perfect, but he was immensely better than anything that ISIS has to offer. NATO and the West made a complete mess of Libyaby bombing that country and killing its leader.

As despicable as he was, he surrendered all of the country’s weapons of mass destruction and kept the peace in that part of Africa.

George Bush and Tony Blair are ultimately to blame for the dramatic events happening in Libya, Syria, Iraq and Europe. Their destabilisation of the Middle East is causing all of this.

Iraqis, Syrians and Libyans need to build a pluralistic society, even if at the moment these countries are so violent... but they have to seriously combat the infiltration of these terrorists calling themselves Isis. These terrorists have managed to infiltrate the Middle East and even enter European cities disguised as refugees with passports stolen from Syrian civilians.

These barbaric terrorists must be stopped. They are brutal and cruel cowards and poison every community they infest. The terror they are inflicting and the endless cycles of revenge on innocent people must be stopped.

Because fear distorts judgment, politicians should seek to place the threat of terrorism in its proper perspective – the sooner the better, because we’ve been wasting too much precious time already.
