It seems that all the general readership respondents missed the point about my ‘migrant’ connotations within an Australian social ambience.

The local authorities are always only too ready to boast about the marvellous multicultural success today’s Australian society is, but they all conveniently sweep reality under the carpet.

Although my gripe in no way includes all Australians, a very large portion of Australia’s society, right until this very day, soon reveal their ‘green bile’ towards all foreigners, especially Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ones, when it comes to the crunch.

Whether you’re successful or not, in the eyes of these red necks, we’re all wogs, dagos, nips, greasers and who knows what else. That is the reality beneath the surface.
