Gourmands may want to pen the evening of April 29 in their diaries. The Waterbiscuit restaurant at the InterContinental Malta, St George’s Bay, is hosting a delightful dinner experience showcasing specially designed dishes accompanied by a curated list of Malta-grown wines.

This event is one in a series of wine-themed dinners prepared by some of the finest chefs on the Maltese islands. This sumptuous dinner is prepared using Maltese quality ingredients and features four courses which have been unashamedly paired with boutique wines from Malta and Gozo.

Dinner is served from 7.30pm onwards and the kitchen brigade promises a truly authentic dining experience, using their creative culinary talents and nature’s locally sourced bounties.

The menu is complemented with hand-selected quality home-grown and hand-crafted Maltese and Gozitan wines from the Frizzante, Classic Collection, Grand Vin de Hauteville and Gran Cavalier ranges produced by Delicata.

All wines, as well as mineral water and coffee, are included in the price of €60 per person and with three hours free parking.
