Although nowadays many opt to hire a wedding organiser, there are still those who tend to rely on their best man, who is probably one of the groom’s closest friends.

Some couples see the organiser fee as an extra cost which they can do without, while others think that their best man can easily do the organiser’s job. But can a best man really replace a good day co-ordinator? Does the best man know what needs to be done during the mass and wedding reception? Can the best man enjoy his friend’s wedding while taking care of the entire running of the day?

From past experiences most of the non-organiser weddings tend to run out of hand especially in time management, therefore leaving the newlyweds less time to enjoy their day. Is it worth the hassle not to have an organiser?
