• Once a sales contract is agreed, it must be observed and cannot be renegotiated.

• Before signing a contract, consumers should verify that what was verbally agreed during the sale has been included in writing in the contract of sale.

• An unfair term decreases consumers’ rights at law and is illegal.

• Unfair terms cannot be enforced.

• It is unfair to bind consumers with terms they were not given the possibility to read before the conclusion of the contract.
