• Traders must deliver goods within the time frame agreed during the sale.

• Suppliers are obliged to ensure that goods are delivered to consumers in a perfect condition.

• Consumers should be given a reasonable amount of time to examine delivered goods.

• When goods are not delivered as ordered, consumers are entitled to a free replacement or, if this is not possible, to a refund.
