The Science Students’ Society (S-Cubed) organised a visit by 12 students to CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research in Geneva, Switzerland, earlier this month, with the help of Dr Nicholas Sammut and Dr Gianluca Valentino. They visited CERN’s anti-matter factory, data centre and other attractions related to high-energy physics.
