She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved husband George, her children Nigel, and Lara and her husband Ian Casolani, her grandchildren Alexander, Ann, Emma and Sasha, her mother Mary, her dear cousins, other relatives and close friends. BALZAN. On February 7, at his home, DENNIS of Birkirkara, former Superintendent of Police, aged 75, passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Miriam, his daughters Alexandra and her husband Gerald, Arlette and her husband Jason, and Claire and her husband Michael, his grandchildren Rebecca, Nicole, Christian, James and Jordan, his great-grandson Kane, his sisters Rosa and Doris, his brother Raynold and his wife Antoinette, his wife’s siblings Violet, Natalie, and Joe, and all his relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Thursday, February 11 at 2pm for St Helen’s Basilica, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the grave of the police force at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GAMBIN. On October 3, 2015, at his home in South Wales, UK, VICTOR, aged 84. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Valerie, his step-son Robert, his step-daughter Claire and her husband Moiyad, and granddaughters Kathleen, Eceil and Yasmina, his brothers Leon and his wife Viviane, Paul, widower of Antoinette, and Joe, and his wife Mary, his sisters Mary, widow of John Gauci and Catherine and her husband Edward Darmanin, together with family and friends. Interment takes place on Monday, February 15 at 11am at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery, after a short religious service at the family grave.
