WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says via a video link from the Ecuadorian embassy in London, that a UN panel ruling saying he should be allowed to go free and be awarded compensation is a "really significant victory". The UN panel decided Mr Assange should be released and compensated for his years of detention.
