The Malta Sotheby’s International Realty (SIR) team hosted David Russell to Malta for a training seminar involving members of the Malta office.

Mr Russell is SIR Affiliates’ director of marketing responsible for the European, Middle Eastern and African regions. He delivered various sessions over one day, covering various aspects of the Sotheby’s Realty luxury real estate brand presence in Malta and insights about the local luxury real estate market.

The team kicked off by first looking back on a highly successful 2015 – both globally and locally. Malta SIR general manager Miguel Bonello said 2015’s positive figures clearly showed how the brand’s positioning and visibility helped leverage Malta SIR’s service locally.

Malta SIR marketing manager Diane Borg Bascetta said the Malta office was able to offer unparalleled and targeted visibility on a global level to local properties on notable media powerhouses such as Apple News, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Google, Architectural Digest, Bloomberg.com, the Hong Kong Tatler and the Financial Times, thus significantly increasing sales opportunities for property owners.
