The Royal Penthouse at the Corinthia's Hotel London has been included in a list of the most romantic hotel suites in the world compiled by Business Insider.

The Royal Penthouse is praised for being one of London's largest suites - 13-rooms, 5,000-square-feet (from about $28,100 per night).

"It is indeed one of London’s largest suites—and it is most certainly the city’s most extravagant" the website says. 

The contemporary duplex is the work of the local firm G.A. Design, whose eye-catching combinations include a curvilinear grand staircase rising from an imposing marble-clad entrance hall, and an oval 10-seat macassar-ebony dining table.

En suite retreats range from a study and a walk-in wine cellar to a 700-square-foot terrace with 180-degree city views.
