CIAPPARA. On January 12, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELA, passed away peacefully to eternal life. She leaves to mourn her great loss her brothers George and his wife Tereża, Anthony, widower of Joyce, her nieces Vivienne, widow of Charlie, and Judith and her husband Raymond, her nephews Norbert and his wife Charmaine, and Karlvin, her grand-nieces Letizia and her husband Jeffrey, and Luella and her boyfriend Guido, relatives and friends. COLLISON. On January 13, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOHN ALFRED, FSCA, of Mellieħa, aged 77, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. MIZZI. On January 14, at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre, ISMAEL passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his sad loss his daughter Dorothy and her husband John Grech, his sons Herman and his wife Nathalie, David and his wife Grace, Edwin and his wife Rosanne and Stephen, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother, sisters, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre on Saturday, January 16 at 1.30pm. SCICLUNA-TAYLOR. On January 8, at St Dorothy’s convent, London, Sister PAULINE, went to meet the Risen Lord. She leaves to mourn her loss the congregation of the Sisters of St Dorothy, her sister Gladys and her husband John Thompson, her brother Godwin and his wife Edwidge, her sister Marthese and her husband Arthur Calleja, her nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. TOMLIN – IAN of Mytton Lodge, Madliena, died peacefully at St James Capua Hospital, Sliema, aged 85. He is mourned by his family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 16 at 4pm at St Paul’s Pro-Cathedral, Independence Square, Valletta.
