Pupils from Msida Primary School took part in #HourOfCode, an event that introduces children to computer coding in a fun way that also helps strengthen their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

#HourOfCode is the largest educational event in the world with over 100 million students taking part in one week. This year, the Education Ministry gave all schools in Malta the opportunity to experience the #HourOfCode event

The activity, which Microsoft Malta animated, featured Minecraft, which was recently acquired by Microsoft. Education Minister Evarist Bartolo attended the event.
