Engineering graduates Luke Masini (left) from the mechanical stream and Emanuel Scicluna (right) from the electrical and electronic stream are the recipients of this year’s Dean’s Award of the University’s Faculty of Engineering. The award is presented to graduates who excel in their class and succeed in obtaining the highest average mark over the four years of their bachelor’s course. They were presented with a memento and a monetary gift by Kenneth Pullicino (third from left) from the Farsons Foundation. Faculty dean Andrew Sammut said all engineering students graduating this year had either found engineering employment or are furthering their studies at the University of Malta or at foreign universities.
