Brisbane raised Adrian Hili, son of Maltese migrants living in Brisbane, and restaurant owner/manager of Terrone in Marsaxlokk, was hoping for some overseas visitors who were in Malta for CHOGM but he was pleasantly surprised when Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull dropped in for lunch today.

Mr Hili was four years old when his parents moved to Brisbane Australia.

He studied hospitality management at the University of Queensland and London’s Kingsway College and worked in Brisbane and Melbourne before moving to Europe for a few years working in Italy and London.

He then returned to Malta and opened Terrone last year.
