The Mediterranean Peace Donkey exhibition opened as part of the Mdina Cathedral Art Biennale at the Cathedral Museum, Palazzo de Piro and Vilhena Palace, Mdina. It comprises 21 life-size fibreglass donkeys sculpted by Egyptian artist Reda Abdel Rahman and painted by 21 Egyptian, Maltese and European artists, including the one painted by pupils from Victoria Primary School. It is open until January 7. Photos shows pupils from the school and its head Lelio Spiteri next to ‘their’ donkey.
