AGIUS. On November 13, at Mater Dei Hospital, ROSEMARIE, aged 85, went to meet the Risen Lord. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Mai Saunders, her brother Bertie and his wife Phyllis, her in-laws, beloved nephews and nieces and their children whom she loved unconditionally as if they were her own, other relatives and friends. GRUPPETTA. On November 16, at Casa Antonia Rehabilitation Residence, Balzan, KITTY, aged 101 and seven months, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her sisters Stella and Ċettina, her carers Carmen and Louis Pace, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Casa Antonia today for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. A much loved mother of Anna, wife of Joseph Grech Sant and Denise, wife of Nuccio Vitali, she leaves to mourn her loss her adored grandchildren Julienne, Maria, Veronica and Fabrizio and great-grandchildren, her brothers Sidney and Oscar Gatt, sister-in-law Monique and her dedicated carer Ġuża Manara, besides her relatives and numerous friends. Family fun run
Mission Fund is organising a family fun day on Sunday, in aid of Maltese missionaries working in third world countries, at The Naxxar Oratory from 10am until 4pm. Entrance is €2 per adult which includes participation in a raffle. There will also be a Christmas card competition at 2pm.
