EY is holding its annual “Wake up to Brussels” event on Friday November 20 at Corinthia San Gorg.
The morning event provides an insider’s perspective on EU financial services legislation and will focus on key topics of importance including bank structural reform, Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD), moves to bail-in based on Total Loss-Absorbing Capacity (TLAC), MIFID II, Packaged Retail Investment Products (PRIPs), Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD), Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provision (IORP) Directive and Money Market fund regulation.
The keynote speaker will be David Doyle, senior policy advisor in EU Financial Services Regulation at EY. He is a former diplomat with more than 25 years’ experience in multi- and bi-lateral assignments in mainland Europe.
