Customers made full use of Vodafone’s special Thank You day last Monday. This event, which was a first for any telecoms service provider in Malta, saw each and every Vodafone customer enjoying completely free and unlimited mobile data for a full day.

Customers took full advantage of this offer by downloading more mobile data than ever registered before on the Vodafone network, an increase of over 60 per cent when compared to an average working day. The amount of data downloaded in just this one day was equivalent to 64,000 hours, or seven years, of You Tube videos.

Over 100 employees were involved behind the scenes, from engineers and technicians in Vodafone’s Technology Department, to customer service representatives ready to assist customers who took advantage of the event to use mobile internet for the first time.

MyBelair enables listing self-management

Belair Property has launched a new feature called ‘MyBelair’ – which allows owners of properties for sale to manage the details of their property from the comfort of their home or office.

The feature is meant to help owners who are often besieged by estate agents asking whether the property is still available.

Property owners are being sent an email with instructions, a login name and a password, to enable them to access their property listings on http://my.belair.com.mt

Owners can edit various details, including the availability date in case of rental properties, remove property from the market, upload new images, change the order of the images, and edit the property description as well as the price. They can also edit any of their personal and contact details.
