Many people unnecessarily suffer from knee pain, lower-back pain, flat feet, bunions, arch pain, ankle sprains, metatarsalgia, shin pain, Achilles tendonitis and many more problems when a simple insole can prevent this.

Tailor-made insoles realign one’s natural foot posture and add shock absorbency padding. They can relieve pain and discomfort by correcting posture and distributing pressure points in the feet, giving more stability and support to the foot and ankle bones, thus alleviating problems in other parts of the body.

There are also special orthotic insoles for different sports such as tennis, football, basketball, running and rugby. Some insoles are also specially designed for conditions such as diabetes and rheumatism.

After a podiatrist’s clinical examination and a foot scan (when required), a foot impression is taken. The materials and their density are chosen accordingly and moulded at the desired position. Each orthotic is shaped and finished to fit perfectly into the client’s preferred shoes.

These insoles can be easily adjusted and fitted in different types of shoes and sandals. They can also be cleaned easily by using a damp cloth and soap.
