Remembrance Day was marked today with concelebrated Mass at St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta and a wreath-laying ceremony at the foot of the war monument in Floriana.

A guard of honour was formed by the police and the AFM. Ex-servicemen from the Royal British Legion and other organisations also took part.

The event recalls those who lost their lives in the two world wars.
