The photo shoot of the November issue of Pink offers a taste of the trends that are hitting the magazine’s fifth catwalk show, a Times of Malta event, next week – now an established date on the country’s fashion calendar.

Set in the elegant, 17th-century Palazzo de Piro, which is hosting its first fashion show ever, the event is being held in collaboration with Infinitely Xara.

The behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the shoot showcases the mood and style of the invite-only upcoming event that involves 30 models and a team of top make-up artists and hairstylists.

Inspired by its historical surroundings, often the chosen venue for cultural events, the show is building on the notion that fashion is art and art is fashion. Classical ballet, piano, paintings, photography and even interior decoration are finding their way onto the scene on one of the most exclusive and creative fashion nights of the year.

The arts come alive and mingle at The Pink Fashion Show, sponsored by Chemimart, Diet Kinnie, Guerlain, Loft, Olympea, Renault, Screen, The Dance Studio, and VIP with 88 Rue du Rhone.

Particpating brands include Bata, Calvin Klein Jeans, Carla Grima Atelier, Liu Jo, Joseph Ribkoff, Saz Mifsud, Furla, Stradivarius, Guess, and River Island.
