Children at Victoria Primary School are seen hand-painting one of the 21 fibreglass ‘peace donkeys’ to be displayed at the Mdina Cathedral Art Biennale, which opens on November 13 and will run through to January 7, 2016. The school is using the ‘peace donkey’ project to teach the pupils about friendship and peace. The decoration of the donkey was coordinated by artists Emma Morgan, Abi Macleod Clark and Federico Chini, who are also parents of children attending the school.
