Jackson, who died in 2009, has pulled in around $115 million over the past year, which is down from the estimated $140 million he earned in 2014.
The Fast and The Furious star Paul Walker is a new entry into the list at position number nine.
Walker, who died in a car accident in 2013, is estimated to have earned some $10.5 million.
The top ranking British stars on the list are Elizabeth Taylor at position five, estimated to have made $20 million, and John Lennon at position seven with $12 million.
