5. Experience the traditional Coconut bash
The traditional Halloween bash is back at Coconut Grove, Paceville, with DJ Hades at the helm and a playlist full of the best industrial, rock, goth and EBM music. Expect the likes of Rammstein, System of a Down, Marilyn Manson, Limp Bizkit and more. Entrance is free.

4. Take in some live metal
A Halloween event featuring a number of live acts. On the bill are Club Murder, Loathe and A Broken Design. A Halloween party continues till 3am after the bands’ performances. There will also be a number of competitions with prizes held throughout the night, including a Best Costume Competition. The event takes place on October 31 at the Pembroke BMX Track. Tickets can be bought at the door.

3. Get spooked, not massacred
The appropriately-named Massacre House Party – Sylvan Borg, Aaron Sammut and Samwel Mallia – return with a live gig, this time a Halloween-themed evening complete with fancy dress. Massacre House Party Halloween Edition takes place at Django, Valletta. Tickets are available at the door and doors open at 9.30pm.

2. Party in aid of Puttinu
There will be monsters, ghosts, blood and horror… and DJ sets to get everyone moving on the dance floor. DJs Gorgobot and Geddumu will be spinning the decks on the night and the scariest costumes get a free drink! Proceeds go to Puttinu Cares.
The Halloween Monster’s Ball takes place on October 31 at Zion Reggae Bar, Marsascala.
