Jägermeister drinks

Ice cold shot: Best served as an ice cold shot straight out of the freezer. Just get a shot glass, pour in 2.5cl of Jägermeister and enjoy.

Jägermeister and Kinnie: Fill a long glass with ice, pour in 4cl of Jägermeister, and top up with Kinnie. Add a slice of orange, give it a stir and serve.

Jäger Negroni: Grab a tumbler and pour in 2.5cl of Jägermeister, 2.5cl of Cointreau and 2.5cl of Gin over ice. Add some orange slices.

Jägermeister brownies

Ingredients
140g plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
250g dark chocolate
3 eggs
150g unsalted butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
280g sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 shots Jägermeister

Method

1. Heat the oven to 160˚C or gas 3. Butter a medium rectangular baking tin and dust with the cocoa powder. Sieve the flour and mix in the salt and baking powder. Melt 180g of the chocolate together with the butter until smooth.

2. Remove from heat and whisk in the eggs one at a time. Add the sugar, Jägermeister and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt mixture. Break the remaining chocolate into small chunks and stir into the mixture.

3. Pour the batter into a pan and bake in middle of oven for about 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

4. When cool, cut into squares, serve with an ice cold shot and enjoy.
