• Documentation describing the characteristics and functions of the product purchased should be kept just in case a problem crops up.

• Consumers can claim a free remedy or compensation when goods are not as described by the trader.

• Consumers do not have legal rights if they were aware of the lack of conformity in the product before the sale was concluded.
