Obituary

MAMO. On October 8, MOIRA of Sliema, aged 63, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her mother Gertrude, her brother Anthony and his wife Simona, her nephew Matthew, other relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said today at 9.30am at Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

St Paul Street closed tomorrow

A private firm will be carrying out works on a dangerous structure in Valletta which is in danger of collapsing.

The firm will set up a tower crane on the road, so parts of St Paul Street will be closed to traffic tomorrow between 7am and 4pm.

Traffic flow will be diverted to Melita Street, Merchants Street, Archbishop Street and back to St Paul Street.
