Obituary
ALBANI. On September 26, at the Gemelli Hospital, Rome, MELISSA, aged 38, passed peacefully away, surrounded by family and friends, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss, her partner Dr Riccardo Bugliosi, her parents Muriel Wilson and Victor Albani, her brother Dr Christopher Albani Wilson, his wife Claire and their daughter Jodie, her aunts, uncles, cousins, her friend Dr Denise Schembri Wismayer, her colleagues at the Maltese Embassy in Rome, her numerous friends in Rome, Malta, Albano and the rest of the world. The funeral Mass, officiated by Mgr Alfred Xuereb, was held on Tuesday, September 29, at the pontificial church of San Tommaso di Villanova in Castel Gandolfo at 3.30pm followed by interment at the communal cemetery at Castel Gandolfo.
Requiem Mass
The 6pm Mass celebrated at the Holy Family Chapel of the Ursuline Sisters, Sliema, on October 7 will be offered for the repose of the soul of Dame MAY HUGHES on the first month of her passing away. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend.
