It was a double win this evening for Balzan's Moldovan defender Maxim Focsa when his girlfriend jumped with glee as she accepted his marriage proposal.

Focsa proposed outside the dressing room, he professed his love and went down on his knees as he gave Julia Baraliastaya an engagement ring and a bouquet of flowers.

His fellow players and colleagues cheered the couple on.
