Cyclists and motorcyclists assembled at the Marian Sanctuary of Ta’ Pinu last Sunday, to take part in a pilgrimage to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces in Victoria.

The pilgrimage has been organised annually for the past 14 years as part of the festivities in honour of Our Lady of Graces. At the head of the pilgrimage, a truck carried a reproduction of the crowned altarpiece of the sanctuary in Victoria.

Many people followed the progress of cyclists along the route. Fr Joe Libreri said prayers and blessed the participants at the end of the pilgrimage.

He also presented mementoes.
