SI Microelectronics and the General Workers' Union have reached agreement on a new collective agreement after protracted talks and a dispute which saw the union calling several strikes.
The union did not give details of the deal but said a meeting will be held for the workers to explain what had been agreed.
The agreement was bogged down for months, with the union insisting on better pay after the workers suffered austerity measures for years.
Last month the union called on the company to send officials from its head office to move the talks forward.
The final talks were conducted by delegations headed by the Corporate Vice President - Manufacturing, George Auguste and GWU Deputy General Secretary Josef Bugeja.
