Staff members from the Malta Communications Authority collected food items in aid of The Foodbank, founded and managed by St Andrew’s Scots Church, to help vulnerable people within the community in short-term crises.

Recieving the collected food was Rev. Kim Hurst, who said that a lot of needy families in Malta would benefit from this initiative.

A spokesperson for the MCA social committee said the authority’s staff had done something tangible for a charitable cause.
