Following Birgu – Will you Remember?, an exhibition held in Vittoriosa to commemorate its memories and changes, photo-grapher Jacob Sammut and poet Miriam Calleja embarked on a new journey, this time to discover another city.

Their next exhibition explores Valletta, a place so dynamic and mysterious that you never know what you’re going to find. This will be the second collaboration between the two artists.

Jacob and Miriam have been working together on separate mediums to bring a streetscape image of Valletta, this time showing more activity and movement as the momentum of this city dictates.

Held in the magnificent setting of the Sala Nobile at Palazzo Pereira, Republic Street, Valletta, the exhibition will include sets of hand-printed photographs divided into themes with accompanying poetry.

The exhibition opens on Wednesday at 7.30pm and runs until October 16. The artists will be in attendance.
