Thousands of revellers have descended on the Isle of Wight to see out the festival season in 1960s’ style at this year’s Bestival.
The eclectic event is the last major festival of the British summer and is famed for its fancy dress themes – with this year’s offering branded the Summer of Love.
Around 50,000 people are expected to journey to Robin Hill Country Park across the weekend and the event has sold out for the 12th year in a row.
Duran Duran, The Chemical Brothers and Missy Elliott headline the four-day showcase, with the diverse line-up also including The Jacksons, Rudimental and Underworld.
