BORG. On September 4, at home in Valletta, ANTHONY, aged 91, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Elvira (ka Vivy), his sons Frank and Carmen, Albert and Rosamaria, Tonio and Ruby, Mario and Marika, his grandchildren Gertrude and her husband Philip Micallef, Matthew, Marilkou and her husband Franco Davies, Sandro, Kirsty, Mark, Francesco and Eve, his great-granddaughter Amy, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital at 8am on Monday for St Dominic parish church, Valletta, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CAMILLERI. On September 4, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARY ANN of Naxxar, widow of Saviour, aged 95, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her children Jane and her husband Alfred Mifsud, Silvio and his wife Josephine, May and her husband Anton Abdilla, Oliver and his wife Mariella, Godwin and his wife Vinney, Terezino Borg, widower of her daughter Josephine, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her brother Carmelo Vella and his wife Alice and Anna, widow of her brother Roger Vella, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30pm for Naxxar parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Naxxar cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares Children’s Cancer Support Group, Rainbow Ward, Mater Dei Hospital, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
KIRPALANI. On September 1, BHAGWAN, aged 86, passed away peacefully, comforted by Hindu Rites. He leaves to mourn his loss, but also to celebrate his life with positive memories, his sister Janki Bharwani and her family, his nephews Rajesh and Ravi Bharwani, Alex Nandwani and Simon Bharwani and their families as well as members of the Indian community in Malta. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30pm, for Ta’ Braxia chapel, followed by interment. May the Lord grant him eternal rest. Om Shanti.
ZIMELLI. On September 2, MYRIAM, aged 88, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister-in-law Maris Zimelli, her nieces Tina and her husband Michael Paris, Karen and her husband Ivan Gatt, her great-nephews David and Gigi, other relatives and friends. The funeral took place yesterday. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
