I would like, through the pages of the Times of Malta, to thank President Louise Coleiro-Preca for the excellently organised President’s charity bike ride.

We would also like to thank the large numbers of highly-dedicated volunteers who lined the streets to stop traffic joining the charity ride cavalcade.

We really can’t thank these volunteers enough for making this event safe enough for even small children to cycle for a good cause.

It was enjoyed by all, thank you.
