BORG. On September 2, PAUL of Gżira, went to meet the Risen Lord, at the age of 69. Never forgotten by his wife Helen, his son Mark Anthony and his daughter Cynthia and her husband Roberto, his grandchildren Kyra, Laura and Luca, his sister Marlene, Doris, widow of his brother Alfred, his mother-in-law Carmela, his brother-in-law Joseph and his sister-in-law Miriam and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, September 4 at 1.30pm for Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Gżira, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
MUSCAT. On September 1, DOLORES, of Lija, Muscat, aged 78 passed away peacefully comforted by the rite of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister in-law Elsie, nephews Dr Christopher Muscat, Dr Stephen Muscat, Carmel Muscat, Hubert Muscat, Ivan Muscat her niece Marie Claire Cuschieri and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 3.15pm for Lija parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 3.45pm, followed by interment at Lija Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
PEARSON. On September 2, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALFIE of Rabat, aged 93, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his son Albert and his wife Julie, Charlie, widower of his daughter Miriam, and his partner Rosette, his grandchildren Sara and her fiancé Gilbert, Abby and her husband Silvio, Romina and her husband Noel, Marilyn and her husband David, Josianne and Malcolm, his great-grandchildren Ryan, Nicole, Faith, Elan, Nate, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 4pm for Ta’ Ġieżu church, Rabat, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Margherita Cemetery, Rabat. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares Children’s Cancer Support Group, Rainbow Ward, Mater Dei Hospital, will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
