A congregation of 400 faithful attended the annual diocesan Marian manifestation in Marsalforn. The activity began with the reciting of the rosary, after which Gozo Bishop Mario Grech led a concelebrated Mass. The bishop called on the faithful to shed the image of fashionable, cool and self-sufficient people that masks their fragility and failures. He said that only by ripping off this mask, by being consistent and sincere with themselves and with others can people live a meaningful life and allow the grace of God to work wonders through them. The event was animated by Voci Angeliche choir, directed by Grace Vella.
